    Description

    This bright, colorful quilt conveys the summer mood and my passion for patchwork and quilting.
    The fabrics used for the patchwork top and for the quilt back are all 100% cotton.
    I backed the quilt with the green fabrics of different shadows.
    It has a layer of Slimtex®-200 batting inside which is very high quality. It provides unique heat-saving properties, breathability, thermoregulation.
    It is free-motion quilted to add specific texture inherent in the patchwork quilt.
    The quilting looks like an embroidery made using the special embroidery thread on free-motion run.
    Before cut, all fabrics were soaked in very hot water. I consider this part of preliminary work as very important especially with fabrics of bright colors as I want 100% confidence that the fabrics will not fade from washings during usage.
    This quilt is new and unused but has been washed in order to guarantee it will keep its shape.
    Quilt size is 180*200 cm (approximately 71 ” x 78 “), making it the perfect size for a double bed.
    Top: 100% cotton (made in USA and Russia

    Batting is Slimtex® (200) (made in Ukraine
    )
    Quilt care: wash in warm water up to 30 degrees, dry flat & spread. Do not tumble dry. Do not iron.
    Can be used as a decorative cover, bedspread, blanket, etc. Perfect gift for your loved ones.
    Made in a smoke-free home.
    Please note that this is a handmade item and while I do my very best, the piecing and quilting are done by a person not by a perfect computerized machine! You are buying a one of a kind heirloom quilt that will last for decades with gentle care. There may be a few imperfections but it was made by hand by me with lots of love and care!
