    Description

    Up for bid are a total of 9 Norfolk Island first day covers celebrating the discovery of the island by Captain Cook.  Eight are shown in the photo, but there are actually nine (my lovely assistant refused to take another photo).  One cover has some soiling at the top (number two from the bottom), the rest are in fine condition, all unaddressed and franked with the 10c stamp.  Clear CDS and multicolor cachet.  Bought these as a youngster and cannot figure out today why I would have bought so many or where.  A good addition to your shop inventory or for trading.  I will consider shipping options other than Global Shipping to England, Canada and Australia; pease ask.  Will combine shipping.
