    Here is a Starrett No. 657T magnetic base with a Flex-O-Post assembly and a 657W fine adjustment attachment. This magnetic base has been used??? You really have to look hard to find any imperfections anywhere on this magnetic base. It is in pristine, like new condition. The magnet turns "on" and "off" easily and "sticks" solidly to any smooth steel surface. The Flex-O-Post assembly allows you to adjust it into any position and lock it into place with a turn of the locking lever.  The fine adjustment attachment helps make setting your indicator up a breeze. This base has a vertical reach of approximately 14" and a horizontal reach of about 9". The original cardboard box is also in excellent condition. With the help of some red duct tape it is still very solid, and will continue to protect this magnetic base for many years to come.
