OK... I know ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about old watch parts. I found this in the garage of a neighbor who passed some time ago. I only know what the box tells me this is! I really don't know what else to say about it.  Please e-mail with any questions and I will TRY to answer them. Buyer pays shipping and I will always ship the cheapest way possible unless the buyer wants it shipped at a more expensive rate and is willing to pay for it.
