Made of A- 2 tool steel with 58- 60 rc. 2 inch adjustment knob using a Brown & Sharpe micrometer spindle and thread for fine adjustment, especially when using a .0001 indicator. Pivots on ball bearings with 1/2 inches of travel. Comes with 2 mounting rods . Base dimensions are 1.5 ×2.5 ×3.75 and weighs approximately 4 lbs.. Made by hand with a emphasis for quality.
