It is made with quilt shop quality 100% cotton floral prints in black, charcoal gray and white. The fabric is from Riley Blake's 2019 "Juniper" collection and features a wide variety of prints with juniper berries, leaves, and flowers.
I named this quilt "Juniper Spirit". The symbolism of juniper berries includes fertility, protection, and tenacity. The spirit of juniper also reminds us of setting good boundaries, standing our ground, and creating a sacred space. So, this stunning quilt could cause you to redesign your entire bedroom and create that sacred space you want!
Oh, and be sure to check out the back as well (5th photo). It is pieced with two different black and charcoal gray coordinating fabrics.

Measuring:  Please measure your mattress before buying to ensure a good fit. Measure the length and width and also the drop on each side (the thickness of the mattress plus 1-2"). This quilt will have an approximate 14" drop on 3 sides of the bed with enough extra length for a small pillow tuck.

Size:  The finished quilt measures 88" x 96" including borders as shown.
Fabric:  The squares are premium quality 100% cotton prints from the 2019 Riley Blake "Juniper" collection. Zoom in on each of the photos to see the wide variety of prints - there are some that have juniper berries, flowers, stripes, dots, and more. A few of the fabrics have a pretty metallic finish to them. They all coordinate nicely together and have a modern feel.
Batting:  The batting is a light to medium weight Hobbs Heirloom 80% Unbleached Cotton, 20% Polyester for warmth and durability.
Quilting:  This quilt was professionally machine quilted on a long-arm machine by Crystal at the Quilt Corner quilt shop in Sparta, WI. The quilting is done with an overall flowing circular pattern.
Border:  The inner border is white with an abstract crosshatch design. The wide outer border is a black print with juniper berries. The seams and corners are mitered for a professional look.
Binding:  The binding is a charcoal gray print and is machine stitched in place with mitered corners.
Backing:  This quilt is backed with 100% cotton and is pieced with two different coordinating Riley Blake charcoal gray prints. See the 5th photo. There is also a fabric tag on the back with the name of the quilt and the date the quilt was finished - July of 2020.
Shipping:  Your beautiful quilt will be shipped insured in a sturdy new box and carefully packaged along with care instructions. This quilt is machine washable.

Please see my stated return times on my shop page. Quilt must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its' original box with all original packing materials. No refund will be given if there is any sign of wear, use, or staining. Refund will be given only after item has been returned safely and inspected by me. Quilt must be sent back using the same shipping method as I used plus USPS insurance.
